nis2.ilr.lu is a website operated by the Luxembourg Institute of Regulation, a Luxembourg public-law establishment with its registered office at 17, rue du Fossé, L-1536 Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number J4 (ILR). This site helps assess whether an entity is in scope of the Act of 5 May 2026 on measures to ensure a high level of cybersecurity (NIS 2 Act) (indicative result).
