Am I in scope of the NIS 2 Act?
Before you begin
This questionnaire helps you assess whether your entity is in scope of the Act of 5 May 2026 on measures to ensure a high level of cybersecurity (NIS 2 Act) (indicative outcome only).
The test usually takes less than five minutes. You will need information about your sectors of activity, your presence in the EU, and the size of your entity.
If your entity is part of a group, answer using consolidated group-level indicators (Article 6 of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC).
